FAQ
DO I PARTICIPATE BY MYSELF OR WITH A GROUP?
Its up to you! Go alone or grab some friends or family. The more people know about the Hope Walk the greater awareness occurs about I Live Again Uganda's programs for survivors of war and the greater chance of raising urgently needed funds.
DO I HAVE TO DO THE HOPE WALK ON SEPT. 28TH?
Nope. As long as you do your walk/run/bike before September 30th you are good to go! Choose the day that works best.
WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE IN THE HOPE WALK?
There are over 120,000,000 men, women and children displaced in the world today. If we don't take time to actively participate in changing our world today, tomorrow will be even more devastating. Your voice, your actions matter. Your steps on September 28th tell those around you that you want change in our world.
IS THERE A CERTAIN AMOUNT I HAVE TO RAISE?
There isn't a set amount. But over the years we have seen most individuals raise at least $500 for the Hope Walk. If you go as a team, you have a greater chance of raising more due to the opportunity to reach out to more people to support your participation.
