How I LIVE AGAIN UGANDA/NORWAY began:

Walter Ocaya has been part of I Live Again Uganda from its early stages. 

He donated the organization's first computer and camera to ease and support

documentation of the vital work of the organization. 

Over the last 10 years I Live Again has grown in part because of those seeds planted.

In 2019, Walter founded I Live Again Uganda/Norway to pave the way for further development, sustainability and ensure that services provided to victims of war can continue.
